General Inquiry

We are currently experiencing extremely high call volumes, and are doing our best to keep the phone lines available for patients with urgent health needs.

As a temporary measure, we are implementing a direct email option for non-urgent questions or issues for patients of the Toronto Western Family Health Team.  Our nurses are triaging the requests, and will do our best to respond to time sensitive questions by the end of the next business day.  For other queries, we will do our best to respond within 3 business days.
