When we reply to your inquiry you will receive an email notification. This notification lets you know there is a message from us, and provides a link which takes you to our website and the reply. The email looks like this:
Spam/Junk Filters
Since our notification directs you back to our website via a link, some spam/junk filters may think the email is junk. Our notification may end up in your junk folder, so please check if you haven't heard from us.
If your email tool gives you the option to flag the email as "not junk" please do so - this may help.
Whitelisting
Some email tools let you add addresses to a "whitelist". Our notifications are sent by "no_reply@fhtsolutions.com" (FHT Solutions is one of our IT providers). Whitelisting lets your email tool know that emails from this account are legitimate.
Silently blocking email
Some email systems block junk email entirely and don't even let you know that an email has been blocked. Email providers such as Hotmail and MSN do this. Almost always, though, there is an option to whitelist our sender address, and again this would help.
