The Toronto Western Family Health Team is pleased to offer FREE health education workshops to our clients and community partners as a health promotion initiative.
Our Health Education Workshops:
may be offered virtually on MS Teams or in-person at one of our clinic sites
have been created by members of our health care team, or in some cases, by external health education partners
cover a variety of topics and are designed to give you the tools and resources you need to learn more about your health
are information sessions for the purpose of learning and not meant for individual medical treatment
