Workshop details

Are you feeling stressed? Do you want to learn how to cope and manage your stress? Join us for our Stress Less Workshop to learn more about stress, how it affects you and how you can better manage the stress in your life.

This workshop is for any patient of the Toronto Western Family Health Team who is interested in learning about how to cope better with stress. 

In this workshop, you will:

  1. Learn what stress is
  2. Learn ways to cope and manage stress
  3. Get resources to help you

This workshop will be facilitated by an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, and Nurse Practitioner from the TW Family Health
