Urgent Care Clinics are available to TW FHT patients at their designated sites.

Toronto Western Family Health Team recognizes that urgent medical issues can arise that cannot wait for an appointment with your regular provider. We offer appointments for URGENT needs after hours. Please visit the TW FHT site where you are enrolled to access the urgent care clinics.

Important Information 

Each TW FHT site offers Urgent Care Clinics. Please visit your designated TW FHT site and do not go to the other site if you are not a regular patient there. 

Garrison Creek Site:

Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm: Walk-in only. Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis until we have reached our capacity for the day. If we have not reached capacity for the clinic, our last registration remains 60 minutes before closing (2 pm). Unfortunately, if you arrive after 2 pm, we cannot guarantee you will be seen.

Bathurst Site:

Fridays 5 to 8 pm: Walk-in only. We recommend you arrive between 5 pm - 6 pm, based on volumes, we cannot guarantee you will be seen. Please expect longer wait times. Last registration is 60 minutes before clinic closes (7pm). 

Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm:  Walk-in only. We recommend that you arrive between 10 am and 2 pm. You will be seen in order of arrival. Last registration is 60 minutes before the clinic closing (2 pm). Unfortunately, if you arrive after that time we cannot guarantee you will be seen.
