TW FHT has a partnership with Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services. Dynacare is an on-site specimen collection clinic at both the Bathurst and Garrison Creek sites. This service is exclusively for patients of the TW FHT (either Bathurst or Garrison Creek site) and is not available to the public. 

How will this benefit patients of the TW FHT?

Having Dynacare on-site will make specimen collection easier for you and provide results to you and your health care team more quickly:

• Test results will be uploaded as soon as they are available (usually 24 to 48 hours).
• You can view your results through the myUHN patient portal (scroll down for instructions).

Dynacare is closed on all statutory holidays.

The Dynacare registration is at the reception station just north of the main elevators beside the Artists’ Health Centre reception. Please take a number once you arrive.	The Dynacare registration is located on the 2nd floor. Go straight to the 2nd floor and sign-in on the clipboard.

If you are unable to see your lab results in myUHN portal under Ontario Lab Information System (OLIS), please contact the myUHN Patient Portal Support Team so they can look into your case. They are tracking these reports and working with Dynacare and OLIS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
