On-site specimen collection

TW FHT is pleased to announce the launch of a partnership with Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services. Dynacare will now have an on-site specimen collection clinic at 440 Bathurst, 3^rd Floor. This service is exclusively for patients of the TW FHT (either Bathurst or Garrison Creek site) and is not available to the public.

How will this benefit patients of the TW FHT?

Having Dynacare on-site will make specimen collection easier for you and provide results to you and your health care team more quickly:

• Test results will be uploaded as soon as they are available (usually in 24-48 hours)
• You can view your results through the myUHN patient portal (see below how to view your results).

Hours of Operation

Please note: this is a walk-in, first come, first serve service

• Mondays: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm*
• Tuesdays: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm*
• Wednesdays: 1:30 to 5 pm
• Thursdays: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm*
• Fridays: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm*

*Closed from 1:00 to 1:30 pm

Dynacare is closed on all statutory holidays, including December 25, December 26 and January 1.

The Dynacare registration desk is at the reception station just north of the main elevators beside the Artists’ Health Centre.
