Digital Health Series

The Toronto Western Family Health Team is pleased to offer our Digital Health Series to our clients and community partners.

Our Digital Health Workshops:

• May be offered virtually on MS Teams or in-person at one of our clinic sites
• Have been created by members of our health care team and external partners
• Practical education and resources to help you find reliable health information and make safe decisions when online
• Are information sessions for the purpose of learning and not meant for individual medical treatment
