
This 4-week skills-based group is for patients of the TW FHT who are interested in learning about mindfulness skills to cope with life’s challenges.
In this group you will learn about:
What mindfulness is and benefits of the practice
Mindfulness and the brain
Dealing with difficult emotions
Managing stress and increasing resilience
A social worker and occupational therapist will facilitate the group.
Please note: this group is exclusively for TW FHT patients who have not participated in previous MTER group sessions from our clinic.
