Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is a model of psychotherapy that helps people manage intense emotions, problem behaviours, and interpersonal challenges by teaching a variety of skills and strategies.

Join Dr. Hirjee for this 2-part virtual series for an introduction to DBT - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Attendance for both workshops is encouraged, but not mandatory. Spaces are limited.


DBT Skills Part 1: Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance
