Take breaks and rest your feet throughout the day
Wash your feet often and clean between your toes
Trim your toenails
Use lotion on your heels to prevent cracked skin
If you know your feet will be sweating, change your socks as soon as you complete the activity
Speak to your primary care provider if you have any concerns about your feet
