Are you having trouble sleeping, such as falling or staying asleep? This 2-part workshop is for patients and caregivers interested in learning about strategies to improve their sleep without medications.

Sleep therapy includes stimulus control, sleep restriction therapy, muscle relaxation, and cognitive behavioural therapy strategies. It is a safe and effective way to improve your sleep.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  1. About the sleep-wake cycle and myths about sleep
  2. How to improve sleep using stimulus control and sleep restriction strategies
  3. How to monitor sleep using a sleep diary

This is a Two-Part Workshop. Patients and caregivers are recommended to attend both sessions.
